Japan

Over the last couple of years the thought of visiting Japan has only grown and grown. From the magnificent Mt. Fuji, to the hustle and bustle of one of the top cities in the world, Japan has a lot to offer for adventure and experiences. I can’t help but throw it up on the list of places to travel to soon. As I develop this trip more with sites, routes, and planned areas, this page will evolve and change. Stick around and revisit to see what all I end up planning to see and do here.

Okay, so, some first thoughts, some must do’s: Visit Tokyo, Take a ride on a bullet train, hike around Mt. Fuji, experience the amazing asian cuisine there. I have heard a lot about areas around Japan to visit too, I do think a cool addition to the trip could be a Hiroshima or Nagasaki visit to see some of the memorials there. I also think some planning to see some of the ancient temples and architecture would be cool. In terms of timing, I might want to plan for when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, but we will see if I can swing that.
